In the event of a return, the item will be exchanged once the incident has been verified, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, and provided that the condition of the returned merchandise has been verified. When the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must deliver the returned product in perfect condition, closed and with its original packaging.

- The return may not take place in any case if the products were clearly used, except for products with a manufacturing defect. They must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once the product or products have been received, the money will be returned by bank transfer or replaced by other products if the customer prefers. The bank transfer will be made within a period of no more than 7 days after receiving the item or items to be returned.

In no case will the amount of the purchase be paid, until the perfect condition of the merchandise is verified.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the case of contracts for:
