Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. leave the warehouse that same day in the afternoon, arriving the next business day to the recipient. Those made after 4:00 p.m., leave the next business day.
If the carrier does not find you at home, they send you an SMS or leave a notice in the mailbox with a number that you have to call to arrange a new delivery time, or agree that you yourself will pick it up at the nearest Correos Express or GLS delegation.
The package we send contains a delivery note that describes the items shipped, we also send the copy of the order by email to the person placing the order.
A few days after the order confirmation you will receive the invoice purchase at the email address provided in your registration.
We do not charge for products that are not in stock.
