- The products
The products will be presented with a file where the main characteristics will be indicated: image, availability and sale price on Coserty.com.
All prices indicated on this website are expressed in euros and include Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).
The descriptions that we offer of the products is the one provided by the suppliers to Coserty.com and will be exposed merely for informational purposes.
The availability of the products is limited to the end of stock in our warehouse, regardless of the availability status that appears on the web. Each user of Coserty.com declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to pay the costs arising from the purchase.
- Transportation costs are not included in the prices of our products.
By accepting the purchase, the customer declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Conditions.
Coserty.com reserves the right to modify its prices, but the products are invoiced based on the existing rates at the time of validation of your purchase.
- Your shopping basket
Below the description of each product you will find a box where you can indicate the quantity as well as the option to put it in the basket. If there are different variants of the product, use the mouse to get more information about these variants. Select the product you want and proceed to put it in the basket. In this way, the product is registered in your virtual shopping list.
You can continue browsing the products section and, if you want, you can add more products to your basket, following the steps mentioned above.
- Proceed to your order
If you want to see what you have bought so far, click on the "view basket" box and you will get a list of all the products that you have previously put in the basket. If you want to change any quantity, do it in the box called "quantity" and click on update quantities.
Coserty.com offers a simple and secure payment system, by credit card. Visa credit and mastercard will be accepted. The purchase will become effective once we obtain confirmation from the bank. If this is rejected by the bank, the order will be suspended.
When the bank authorizes the transaction, the client will receive an email with the confirmation of its shipment.
The bank details are encrypted and directly transmitted to an official BBVA POS VIRTUAL payment gateway. This system offers maximum security in payments made through our page.
- Confirmation of the purchase made
When you finish your purchase and as soon as possible we will send you a message to your email with the copy of the order; please, review it and if you are not satisfied with anything, tell us before your order leaves with the transport agency Correos Express (Spain and Portugal) or GLS (Europe).
In case of unavailability of the product once the order has been placed, Coserty.com will notify the user via e-mail or by telephone, agreeing with the user the partial delivery if he had purchased more products or the cancellation of the order before making the shipment.
Orders have SHIPPING INSURANCE INCLUDED, the cost of which is borne by Coserty.com. This ensures that your order arrives in perfect condition. In case of loss, Coserty.com will send you a new shipment at no cost to you, by having said insurance. In case of not having new merchandise, you will be notified to cancel the order and refund the amount paid if it was already paid by the customer. Once the purchase is made, we will send you an e-mail indicating the shipment details: agency, delivery times, contact telephone numbers... so that your shipment is guaranteed, you can also access the tracking of your package online. We will confirm all this once you have made the purchase.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors that may arise, such as a snowfall that makes the journey difficult, a strike in the transport sector, poor channeling of the shipment by the agency, any failure that the agency may have when allocating shipping, theft of merchandise on the way, delays due to a puncture in the delivery car,... These are some examples. In any case, we will work so that the package can reach you as soon as possible, in case of delays like these or similar.
You can choose between 6 forms of payment:
- Cash (Pick up in store): Going to our establishment in El Parador, Almería (04720).
- Cash-on-delivery: Paying the delivery person or postman when he/she delivers the merchandise. This payment method has a fixed commission of €1.00 including taxes. Payment method only valid for Spain.
- PayPal: Immediate online payment. It is essential that the shipping address matches the shipping address registered in your Paypal account. We only ship the order to addresses registered with Paypal. This payment method has a commission of 2.5% + fixed commission of €0.35 including taxes.
- Credit Card: With your Visa or Mastercard. If the payment gives you an error, you can recover the order from your customer account in the "my orders" section. Note: If you get an error when placing an order by card and you have to recover it from your account, you must take advantage of the stock at that time of order recovery. The program will tell you if everything is available or if an item has run out while you do the process. That is to say, unpaid products are not reserved and therefore, when retrieving the order, it may be that they have been sold out, but the system will indicate this to you for any modification.
- Bizum: You can make the payment of your order by sending the money in less than 5 seconds safely using only the phone number. Once you select BIZUM as the payment method, you must enter the telephone number associated with the service and the password for BIZUM online purchases.
- Bank Transfer: Once your order has been made, we will give you the bank details so that you can make the transfer. Please note that product reservations are not made until payment is completed. If at the time of payment some references have been exhausted, we will notify you by email or telephone to refund the amount paid and indicate the new shipping conditions.

Consumer right of withdrawal (return)
When you receive the purchase at the specified delivery address. The buyer will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the order, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The processing of returns will be managed by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Likewise, the collection costs will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of a return, the item will be exchanged once the incident has been verified, within a maximum period of thirty days, and provided that the condition of the returned merchandise has been verified. When the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must deliver the returned product in perfect condition, closed and with its original packaging.
- The return may not take place in any case if the products were clearly used, except for products with a manufacturing defect. They must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Returns that are not accompanied by the invoice or original purchase receipt from Coserty.com will not be accepted.
- The buyer must send the product or products back to our facilities at Calle Almería 16, El Parador, Almería (04720).
In the event that the customer receives the product in poor condition due to transport, it will be replaced within a maximum of 5 business days, unless said product is out of stock. For this, it is essential to notify the delivery person at the time of delivery that the package has signs of poor condition.
If the return is requested due to a poor condition of the product, the transport of the same will be borne by Coserty.com Once the product or products have been received, the money will be returned via bank transfer or it will be replaced by other products if the client so prefers. The bank transfer will be made within a period of no more than 7 days after receiving the item or items to be returned.
In no case will the amount of the purchase be paid until the perfect condition of the merchandise is verified.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the case of contracts for:
- The supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
- Returns of Wigs, Hairpieces, Extensions, or those products made according to consumer specifications will not be accepted.
If you receive broken or damaged merchandise, you have 24 working hours from the time you receive the package to notify us. In addition, it is preferable that you notify the delivery person at the time of receiving the package.
The contractual guarantee offered is the one usually granted by the supplier in accordance with the terms of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Garantías en la Venta de Bienes de Consumo, and REAL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 1/2007, of July 16. November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. that recognizes the consumer the right to repair the good, its replacement, the price reduction and the termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer.
The guarantee will lose its validity in case of defects or external deterioration. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.
Coserty.com offers, in addition to the purchase invoice, the official guarantee for hair straighteners, dryers, curling irons and hair clippers, from 6 to 24 months depending on the manufacturer. The supporting document for the guarantee will be the purchase ticket or invoice itself, where the date of purchase is indicated.
The procedure to follow in case of breakage of hair straighteners, dryers, tongs or hair clippers is as follows:

- In case the article has any defect or failure, we will proceed immediately to process your guarantee.
- We will collect the item from the same address it was shipped to when you placed your order.
- Once we have the item, it will go to the technical service of the brand itself. They will repair it in a period that we cannot determine because it depends on the problem in question. That is why the delivery time of the item will be determined by the corresponding technical service.
- Once the item is repaired, we will proceed in 24/48 hours to deliver it.
Modification of the conditions of sale
Coserty.com reserves the right to modify these General Conditions by notifying customers sufficiently in advance, being able to make changes to the content and services in order to improve them.
In case of typographical errors in the inclusion of prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders for this reason. In addition, in cases of customer history with returned orders, we reserve the right, in subsequent orders, not to make said delivery or not accept forms of payment on delivery for purchases from customers whose previous orders were returned because they were not received. No prior notice of this will be necessary, as it is specified in writing in these conditions of sale.
These changes must be accepted by the user once a purchase is made through the Coserty.com page.
Coserty.com is not responsible in the event of any of the following cases:
- Error by the client when entering their data in the registration or order form in their account.
- Incorrect or bad faith use of the services offered in the online store by the user.
- Lack of diligence of the user in the custody of their access codes or their own personal data.
- Delay or non-receipt by the customer of the order confirmation by e-mail, or any other anomaly during the purchase process caused by network problems or the electronic device used by the customer to connect.
- Unauthorized access to Coserty.com systems that are impossible to detect due to the security measures implemented by the company and its suppliers.
- Any other fact or situation that is not reflected in these General Conditions and that is not attributable to the acts, decisions or will of the Coserty.com staff, or is of an exceptional, fortuitous or force majeure nature.
In any case, Coserty.com undertakes to try to solve the problems that may arise in order to reach a quick and satisfactory solution to the incidents, to the best of its ability.
Attributions of the jurisdiction: These General Conditions of Sale are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with Spanish law and the language of interpretation in case of a response about the meaning of a term or a provision of these Conditions of Sale is Spanish.
