Instructions for Use
Apply a generous amount evenly to dry, unwashed hair for maximum lightening.
Always mix the three components: BlondMe Bleaching and Toning + BlondMe Bleaching + BlondMe Premium Activating Lotion.
Mixing ratio: according to the existing color level.
