Coserty Global SL is an online store of professional hairdressing and cosmetic products, located at C/ Almería 16, El Parador de las Hortichuelas 04720 (Almería).
You can check the status of your order by accessing your account and also on the Correos Express or GLS website, which we will provide when your order leaves the warehouse. In any case, we will keep you fully informed throughout the process: Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. When your shipment leaves the warehouse, if the courier is not home, they will send you an SMS notification, and another SMS or a notice in your mailbox to arrange a delivery time. You can also manage your order's delivery through the Correos Express or GLS tracking website.
It shouldn't happen, but due to an error on our part (we try, but we're not perfect) or extraordinary circumstances, there may have been a problem with your order. If you contact us through any of the channels we offer, we'll try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please remember that we always quote two business days for delivery. This means that, for example, an order placed on a Friday will never be received before the following Monday.
(*) Occasionally, a specific product may have a longer delivery time. In that case, we will indicate it on the product page itself, just above the "Buy" button.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM leave the warehouse that same afternoon and arrive at the recipient's address the following business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM leave the following business day.
If the courier cannot find you at home, they will send you an SMS or leave a notice in the mailbox with a number you have to call to arrange a new delivery time, or you can arrange to pick it up yourself at the nearest Correos Express or GLS branch.
The package we send contains a packing slip that describes the items sent, we also send a copy of the order by email to the person who placed the order.
A few days after the order confirmation, you will receive the purchase invoice at the email address provided during registration.
We do not charge for products that are not in stock.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, Bizum and PayPal.

Yes, we ship orders to all countries in the European Union and some destinations outside of it.
Regardless of the number of items you purchase, shipping costs are:
€3.95 (VAT included) with "Home Delivery" in the Peninsula, for the Balearic Islands the price will be €5.95. (For other destinations, please check the "shipping costs" page available on our website).
Yes, we occasionally offer deals, discounts, and free products in the form of coupons. These can be general, exclusive to our registered customers, or limited to those who follow us on social media.
You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive our promotions and discount coupons.
Important: Unless otherwise stated, discount codes apply to the total order amount, excluding shipping costs.
You can find them in our store banners or on our social media.
When you go to finalize the order you will see that, under the heading "Discount codes", there is an option to include it.
Contact us and we will send you the correct item within 48 hours. You will need to have the incorrect product ready and packaged for the courier who will deliver the new item. We will cover the shipping costs.
Important: Don't forget to include the invoice we sent you by email in the package.
You can do it without problems, but keep in mind that:
- You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return it.
- The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
- Shipping costs in this case will be borne by the buyer, and shipping costs previously paid for sending the package will not be refunded.
If these conditions are met, contact us and we'll explain the process. You'll actually have to do very little; just print the "return slip" we'll send you by email, place it in a package with the product and all its accessories, exactly as you received it, and pack it in a well-protected, opaque box or envelope. You can send it to any post office or other transport agency near your home.
- If you return the item because you made a mistake when buying it or similar, you would have to pay the shipping costs.
- If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part in sending you the item or due to the use of a warranty, we will cover the shipping costs.
In this case, you can only return it if the product is under warranty and can be replaced or repaired.
