SHIPPING INSURANCE INCLUDED

Orders include shipping insurance, the cost of which is covered by Coserty.com. This guarantees that your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the event of loss, Coserty.com will send you a replacement shipment at no additional cost, thanks to this insurance. If the item is unavailable, you will be notified to cancel the order and receive a full refund if payment has already been made. Once you have made your purchase, we will send you an email with the shipping details: carrier, delivery times, contact numbers, etc., to ensure your shipment is delivered safely. You can also track your package online. We will confirm all of this information once your purchase is complete.

Note : We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as snowfall hindering the journey, transport sector strikes, improper handling of the shipment by the agency, any errors the agency may make in dispatching the shipment, theft of the merchandise in transit, delays due to a flat tire on the delivery vehicle, etc. These are just a few examples. In any case, we will work to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible in the event of these or similar delays.

Consumer's right of withdrawal (return)

When you receive the purchase at the specified delivery address. The buyer will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the order, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Returns will be processed by phone or email at pedidos@coserty.com.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of a return, the item will be exchanged once the issue has been verified, within a maximum of thirty days, and provided the condition of the returned merchandise has been checked. When the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product in perfect condition, sealed, and in its original packaging.

- Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the products have clearly been used, except for products with manufacturing defects. They must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

- Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice or purchase receipt from Coserty.com

- The buyer must send the product or products back to our facilities at Calle Almería 16, El Parador de las Hortichuelas 04720 (Almería) .

Return and Reshipment Policy for Customer Error

At Coserty.com, we strive to offer the best shopping experience to our customers. However, if a package cannot be delivered due to situations attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery, refusal of the package, or failure to collect the order at an agreed collection point, the following conditions will apply:

Reasons why the package is not delivered:

Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address that prevents the package from being delivered.

  • Absence at Delivery : If the customer is not available to receive the package during the scheduled delivery attempts.
  • Delivery Refusal : If the customer refuses delivery of the package upon its arrival.
  • No Collection at Collection Point : If the customer does not collect the package at the agreed collection point within the established time.

2. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:

In any of the above cases, shipping costs will not be refunded , as the delivery problem is a consequence of an action by the customer, either due to incorrect information or failure to comply with the agreed delivery deadlines and conditions.

3. Package Reshipment:

If the customer wishes to receive the package again, they can request reshipment. In this case, a new shipping charge will apply, which must be covered by the customer. The package will be reshipped once payment of this new shipping charge has been confirmed and the correct address has been provided (if necessary).

4. Process for Requesting Reshipment:

The customer should contact Costerty.com

  • The customer must provide the correct address and confirm the shipping details to ensure that the error is not repeated.
  • The customer will have to pay both the additional cost for resending and the cost of returning the package, which will be detailed in the communication.

5. Additional Conditions:

If the customer does not contact us within 7 days of receiving the returned package at our facilities to correct the address and request reshipment, the order will be canceled . In this case, only the cost of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs for both the initial delivery and the return, as the delivery issue was due to an error in the information provided or inaction on the part of the customer.

6. Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may apply under exceptional circumstances and will be evaluated by our customer service team, who reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Transportation issues

If the customer receives the product in poor condition due to transport, it will be replaced within a maximum of 5 business days, unless the product is out of stock.

To do this, it is essential to notify the delivery person at the time of delivery that the package shows signs of damage and to make a note of this upon receipt.

Furthermore, it is necessary that you send us to our email address both the images of the package before opening it, clearly showing the carrier's label and any damage, and the images of the packaging and the product after opening, within a period of 24 hours .

If the return is requested due to a defective product, Coserty.com will cover the shipping costs. Once the product(s) are received, a refund will be issued via bank transfer, or the product(s) will be replaced if the customer prefers. The bank transfer will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Under no circumstances will the purchase amount be refunded until the perfect condition of the merchandise has been verified.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the case of contracts for:

- The supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

- No returns will be accepted for items such as wigs, hairpieces, extensions, or products made according to consumer specifications.
